Senior Product Designer @ Waymark Care

• Supervise end-to-end design process across AI-augmented user interface and conversational healthcare products, aligning team resources and owning project priorities to achieve usability and business goals related to patient outcomes.

• Govern and scale design system by owning component design and contribution model, defining usage best practices, and overseeing component implementation with front-end engineers in React and Storybook.

• Liaise with technical and operations leaders to set strategic design vision across the organization, employing usage analytics and AI tooling to measure product impact and drive future roadmap prioritization.
