Objective

Waymark is an AI-first community clinic for patients receiving Medicaid benefits. We build the technology behind acute care reduction, predicting which patients are headed towards preventable hospital and ER visits and delivering the right intervention before it’s too late.

I current serve as Senior Product Designer and Design Team Lead, where I supervise the end-to-end design process across digital and conversational health products*, aligning team resources and owning project priorities to achieve user and business goals.
